we walked to the library this morning for storytime, but once we were at the playground, it was too nice outside to go in. so we stayed and played for hours and adella is crashed out on the couch now. i discovered soon after our arrival at the playground that my camera batteries were zonked, so i only managed to get this one picture: little cutie. lately she's been saying the cutest things... she's sounding like such a big girl. a few favorites: "let's see..." when trying to decide on something. or another choosing phrase, "how 'bout...." me: hey adella do you want some grapes? adella: no mommy me: what do you want then? adella: how'bout... how'bout... cheese! and yesterday, i hear a crash upstiars and then, "ohmygoodness! mess! i'll get it, mommy!" and again, a bit later - a cup of milk on the floor and, "oh my goodness! milk!" oh, and i almost for got this one: "don't want to!" she's gotten a lot of use out of that one recently. ***** for the sake of more pictures, here's one from june 2 years ago: and last june:
