we set out a little before 10:00 to go to the gym... once we got there, they were closed! so we waited around for some of our friends to show up, and then decided to meet at kenilworth park. amy and i get there first, and the place was swarming with middle-school kids! three buses full - no good. so then we decide on azalea park, and we head over. luckily, this place was not closed or crowded or under quarantine, so we finally get out of the car to play. adella was so upset about the gym being closed, but she got over it quickly enough and we ended up staying until it finally go too hot to handle. once we got home, adella decided to skip her nap yet again, but luckily, she entertained herself for a while so i could get some time to relax. i made another skirt, and as soon as i get a few buttons sewn on, it's done! i also finished a cute little dishcloth from MDK, and it is so super-cute that i'm considering just giving it to adella to use as a baby blanket. it will probably end up being used as one, whether i like it or not. so pictures of those projects soon... here's a few pictures from our day: adella and rachel adella's latest impossibly cute activity: she now says, "'nat pretty!?"
