of course that is okay! it would be wonderful!
i'll let you know about the tiller, but i think now that we probably won't need it. i have 2 main beds, one shade and one sun, and i'm still trying to fill those in after ambitiously over-digging last spring!
i'd love to have any perennials that you want to share - that would be great!
