adella's becoming quite the little bookworm... she's always loved books, but the past few months, i've often been finding her in her little reading nook in her room, sitting in her armchair reading to herself. she's such a big girl, i can't stand it! this evening we were hanging out in her room - me organizing clothes, and adella reading her 'look and find' book. this was the conversation i overheard adella having with herself: A: look! lion! A: where? where? (shaking head back and forth, as if searching frantically for the lion) A: there! there! there! (excitedly pointing to the lion) A: oh! look! elephant! A: where? where? A: there! there! there! A: another elephant! A: where? where? A: there! there! there! ...you get the idea. this went on for quite a while before she wanted mommy to join in the fun. cutest. thing. ever.
