today's impossibly cute moment: adella was trying (unsuccessfully) to get me out of bed this morning, but i was just too tired to get up before 7:00. she left the room and a few minutes later i heard her come back in. the next thing i knew, she was handing me my travel mug (empty, but still...) and saying, "here you go, mommy. coffee." of course i did open my eyes, and said, "oh thank you sweetie." and she said, "you're welcome, mommy!" (when she says it, it sounds like 'zu zeppum, mommy!') so polite! *and actually yesterday she brought me breakfast in bed: my water bottle and a bag of dried "cots" (apricots)*
